Romans 10: 9-10 says "that if thou shall confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."

"Jesus, I need to be born again.  I need a Savior; I need You.  I turn from sin and turn to You.  I believe in my heart that God raised You from the dead and I ask You now to come into my heart and be the Lord of my life.  I receive You now as Lord and Savior of my life and I confess with my mouth, Jesus is my Lord.  Thank You, Jesus.   Amen."
